What
other hands-on learning experiences are there?

COLLAGE
Proficiency Experience for qualified professionals seeking
either:
 | training
in social-skill therapeutic techniques for application in their
own center, or |
 |
employment
in the COLLAGE program.
|
Mental
health experience is preferred for these professionals, who attend an
8-week
COLLAGE series, have access to
the professional library, and work along side an
experienced Group
Coordinator with emphasis on learning opportunities.
(Cost is $250)

COLLAGE
Volunteer position for persons wishing to contribute time in a
COLLAGE
series or in administrative tasks.
No experience required.
Some
people use this opportunity if they are contemplating a career change
to
occupational therapy or are considering applying to OT school and want to
enhance
their resume. Other
people just wish to donate their time to a deserving cause.
Volunteers are part of the "Friends of COLLAGE" effort and
receive recognition for
their contribution of time and effort. |
